1. What types of rooms are available at Fairy Mountain Retreat?
We have 14 rooms in total: Double Bungalows with Garden or Lake View, Heaven Window Pods, Junior Family Garden View, and Hideaway Mountain Connecting Suites.
2. Do rooms have air-conditioning and heating?
Yes, all rooms include modern comforts such as air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant stay in any season.
3. Are pets allowed at the retreat?
While we have resident animals for guests to interact with, unfortunately, guests’ pets are not allowed to maintain the tranquility and balance of our ecosystem.
4. Can I request extra beds or baby cots?
Yes, extra beds and cots can be requested, subject to availability. Please notify us when booking.
Food & Drink
5. Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included daily from 7:00 to 10:00, featuring Vietnamese and international dishes.
6. What kind of dishes does the restaurant offer?
Our restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese dishes, local Ninh Binh specialties, and a variety of Western options.
7. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes, we provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and Halal options upon request.
8. Are there other dining options near the retreat?
Fairy Mountain Retreat is located remotely; thus, dining options off-site require a short drive or bike ride to nearby areas like Tam Coc or Trang An.

9. Do you provide bicycles or scooter rentals?
We provide complimentary bicycles, and scooter rentals are available for a small fee.
10. Is Wi-Fi available at the retreat?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property.
11. Do you offer laundry services, and what's the cost?
Laundry service is available at a small additional charge.
12. Are spa services available?
Yes, we provide relaxing spa treatments and traditional massages to enhance your stay.
13. Can the retreat arrange airport transfers or local tours?
Absolutely, our friendly team can arrange transfers, local sightseeing tours (Trang An, Hang Múa, Tam Coc, Cuc Phuong, Bai Dinh,…), and personalized itineraries.

14. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM; Check-out by 12:00 PM.
15. What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in; after that, charges apply based on timing (50%-100%).
16. Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, we accept major international credit cards for convenient payment.
